Every year Google sponsors a global photography competition for students to make themes for iGoogle. The competition is held in collaboration with Satchi Gallery, London. The purpose of the competition is to encourage students from around the globe to participate in competition and show their skills and the prize is not bad either. The winner of the competition will receive $7500 and an invitation to spend a day with Martin Parr (Those who don’t know whose Martin Parr should stop read the post any further as they seems to lack interest in photography).
Anyways, to read further details on how it works click here and click here to read to know how to enter the competition. The deadline for participation is 31st May, 2009. So don’t waste time and start working. Don’t forget to subscribe to our RSS Feed to stay connected with us.
