According to its developer (now i don’t know if it is right or wrong) this mortgage calculator for G1 got 5000 downloads in first week of release (Ver 1.0). If it is correct then product shows good strength.
Apart from all financial basics this app also has easy user friendly interface like portrait mode makes it easy to key in the values.
Since i don’t have any loan/mortgage, i didn’t use it and frankly am not that great at understanding all that amortization science. Anyways, here are the screenshots:
