Hulu, the online video site, has begun rolling out TV shows from ABC Network to its site. Hulu and Disney (ABC’s parent company) entered in to partnership deal back in April, but now in actual the content is being sourced in even though the content is not much.
Currently Hulu is beginning with Grey’s Anatomy, and has plans to come out with other shows including Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty, Scrubs, and I Survived a Japanese Game Show over the coming few weeks.
Interestingly as more and more TV goes online, cable network would have to think out of their hats and what threat can it pose to Youtube, remember it allowed more space to upload a video and can they allow more for full length movies or opt in to look into streaming channels by doing some deals?
