by MJK on December 13, 2009

I recently found out that how to unblock contacts in GTalk is a serious problem for people and hence decided to make a post out of it. I did some search on the net and i came across various methods so i tested them and they all worked. However, these two were the most simple ones.  Check them below and let me know if you have any other way to unblock in Google Talk!

How to Unblock Contacts in Google Talk?

1) If you have blocked your friend from the Gtalk contact list then visit your Gmail.com (the same e mail address that you are using for Gtalk)

2) Once inside the gmail, check on the left sidebar and you will see the “Contact” link.

3) Click on the Contact link.  Once inside the contact link. Type the contact name or search in the contact box for the blocked contact

4) After you find the email id of the person, click on it and you will find a new tab/window on the right side.

5) Click on ”Auto” or “Always” and hence the contact will be unblocked. Go back to Google Talk and you can see the person in the list.
