American Airlines recently issued App for the Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Now you don’t have to have the necessary belongings if you’r carrying an Apple iPhone,just log on and save your password and all the info comes flying in through the app which includes a Mobile Boarding Pass, you can book and check in for flights, 
follow the terminal maps, track your status, your flight’s status and much more.
Mr Monte Ford, American’s Senior VP Information Technology and CIO said; “We are leveraging leading technology tools to bring the information and experiences to our customers.”He also said, that to make our customers trip a more interactive and comfortable travelling experience, this latest app will provide mobility ultimately improving our customers relation with the staff and Airline, very soon American will also develop apps for other mobile devices.
Another interesting feature of Apple iPhone App is the moment you check in, get a picture of where you parked your car and play Sudoku, never thought traveling could become such an independent pleasure, American Airline’s Apple iPhone app keeps you current and updated.
This app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 3.1.3 or later.
