Developers Get Apple’s first Build Mac OS X10.6.5

by MJK on August 16, 2010

Apple has made available its first build of Free Mac OS X10.6.5 to developers , which will be released later this fall.

So what changes are we looking at in this update? Well  Apple Insider reports that this new update would look in to the existing problems with exchange server support and  user interface issues.

The new uild, numbered 10H525, incorporates solutions to existing problems with Exchange Server support, fixes user interface issues with embedded WebKit views in applications such as iTunes, and includes the graphics drivers in the earlier Snow Leopard Graphics Update release.

So now that the first build is available for developers they have been asked to test iCal, Mail, Printing, QuickTime, OpenGL 3D Graphics, and the X Window X11 subsystems. The 10.6.5 update was going to be released in July this year, however problems with Nvidia graphics driver has made it impossible for apple to release it earlier.
