RedsnOw has released its updated jailbreak that supports the newly released and final version of iOS 4 of iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G. This jailbreak software is available for both Windows and Mac. Redsn0w also supports multitasking and backgroudn wallpapers. So party boys. I wont hold you any more and here are the steps:
Necessary Softwares Required:
Download iOS 4 (final version) for iPhone 3G- Click here for it
Download iOS 4 (final version) for iPod 2G- Click here for it
Download iTunes Version 9.2 – Click here for it

Guide to JailBreak iOS4 3G and iPod 2G with Redsn0w 0.9.5b5-3
Step 1: First you have to upgrade your firmware through iTunes using the iOS fule you downloaded through iTunes 9.2
Step 2: Open your RedSn0w 0.9.5b5-3 and it will ask you for file and here you have to point it to iOS 4 firmware (original) file and go ahead.
Step 3: Now its done, just install cydia and click next
Step 4: One Cydia has been installed, switch off your iPhone or iPod and plug in to your computer through your USB wire and click on Next.
Step 5: Lastly, take your device into recovery mode. If you don’t know how, Google for it as i cant explain it here again. Ok once it simply done by pressing power and home buttons continuously. After some time i.e 10 seconds i guess, release power button but keep holding the Home button until you see the installation begin on the screen. If that is what you have done, trust me you are done with the process. Redsn0w will get it all done and your iPhone/iPod will restart itself and it will be jailbroken with latest iOS 4 firmware.

Okay so I got to http://www.technama.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/redsn0w-0-9-5-beta-52.jpg but then now I don’t know what to do.. well I know to click browse but then after that what file am I looking for? Thanks for the help btw!
