Samsung PN50C490: 50 inch 3D Plasma TV under less than $1000!

Samsung is holding a press conference today where they’ll announce its new 50? 3D ready HDTV in plasma category. The most astonishing thing to note here is its wonderful price that is well below $1000. The Samsung PN50C490 is available for pre-ordering at amazon at $989 only.

Its not that the price is wonderful but the specs are noteworthy as well. The new Samsung PN50C490 comes in 50? plasma with a resolution of 720p (1365 x 768p).
