One of the options that i really liked is to get a chance to re build the already constructed real life located cities to your liking, the Touch Control Finger Paint allows you to paint water, Trees and Land. You can have a close look at the landscape of your city by having power and control and shape it up to ,make sure every thing runs smoothly in your territory.

Another mode that includes building your city through the devastating seasonal disasters and manage your city through summer,autumn,winter,spring.

The whole concept of SimCity is quite fascinating early games let you design your own houses and their maintenance, now you design and take care of your city, developing it while staying on a budget and meet needs of its population.

For iPhone SimCity Deluxe offers more building experience, with much refined graphics, when you first start the App, you’re given a choice to play and build a city according to your choice or you can load a scenario and play within the pre set goals.

Than you choose the Terrain, and choose from various specifications which includes the time period and difficulty levels etc, a tutorial guides you all along through urban planning, building roads to zoning and managing waste and sewer.

When you are done with the major setups, than comes budget to spend on your city and city people, build parks, schools, hospitals and plenty of other city features to spice things up.
