Whoa! SDX-developvers revealed couple of days ago a specs sheet of Samsung Epic 4G to be launched in association with Sprint. This is second device offered of its nature (4G) from Sprint while first from Samsung. Epic 4G is Android 2.1 powered within the line of Samsung Galaxy S.
Epic 4G boasts 4G connectivity capability (the old 3G as well), 1 giga hummingbird processor, 4 inch super AMOLED screen with download capability speed of upto 10 Mbps. Samsung Epic 4g user interface also supports a series of advanced touch screen gestures including multi touch pinch, long tap and zoom, and vertical and horizontal swiping.
As far as entertainment features are concerned, Epic 4g is no less behind. It supports dual camera, with primary cam being 5MP (i was thinking of an 8MP) having camcorder capabilities with auto focus. There is also a Power LED flash and 3x digital zoom for HD video (720p) recording for capture and playback on an HDTV along with front facing video camera for video chat.
