T-Mobile has officially announced their G2 mobile phone, the successor to G1 which was first Android phone. Launched nearly two years ago, G1 created lot of buzz around the mobile savvy users and T-Mobile claims the revolution will continue with the successor G2.
The T-Mobile G2 will be the first phone to run on T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network with 4G speeds. T-Mobile will unveil more details on G2 in coming weeks. The official statement also claimed of giving exclusive first access to current T-Mobile customers.
The official specifications of the T-Mobile G2 have not been announced yet, but it may have the following:
3.7? touchscreen (with 480×800 resolution).
Android 2.2 (Froyo).
Slide out Qwerty keyboard.
Qualcomm MSM 7230 800 Mhz processor.
802.11 b/g Wi-Fi.
