5 Best 32 inch or less HDTVs for 2011 – Complete Review

If you are a great lover of HDTVs, but you don’t have massive room or enough space to place in an huge sized LCD TV, then you must read out this review. These HDTVs being reviewed are all 32 inch or less LCDs  with 720p or 1080p resolution, and all these are capable of  displaying  HD quality images. But the small size doesn’t mean that these TVs can’t provide you with the best, but they will surely give you extreme pleasure of viewing some good quality pictures.

Sony NSX-32GT1 (Google TV)

At the first look, this TV looks like those earlier huge sized iPhone in Landscape style. The whole frame and the panel is clean one having no mark except the Sony logo and 2 LED lights at the bottom end.The edges are slightly curved and it has black skin. The depth of the panel is 2.3 inches and the width of the bezel is 1.3 inches with no swivel stand. This LCD has a glossy screen with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and is 1080p/24 compatible. The color performance is relatively accurate and this TV has so much of the power saving options.

Remote control:

The RF QWERTY remote is very impressive. The design is very compact and thumb centric. This is a perfect device to control and navigate the Google TV. The thumb touch pad works just like the touch pad of a laptop. This is somehow similar to the the Sony’s game controller.

Features:

Sony’s NSX-40GT1 has lots of exciting features to count. It has a built-in Wi-Fi for the streaming of video, audio and images over the internet. Infact this TV is considered to be the most capable Internet TV in the market. It has got features like Full-function Chrome Internet browser.

Sony Bravia KDL-32EX500

This model has black glossy skin on the top and the left and right side of the frame and is slightly grayish black from the bottom side of the frame. The depth of the panel is 4 inches and the width of the bezel is 2.2 inches. The panel is supported by a swivel stand. The display screen is of matte texture which gives best picture results even in bright lights and it process at 120 Hz. It has good black level performance which helps in producing solid color images.

Remote control:

The keys of the remote are not very impressive but the layout and the concaved shape is very handy in navigation. The onscreen menu is also very brilliant. It has good graphics along with text explanations which help the navigation process very easy.

Features:

This TV has a matte screen finish with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The dejudder processing system works very well. This model can stream videos, images and audio via USB port but its DLNA does not support streaming of multimedia on a home network.

Sony Bravia KDL-32BX300

This TV is one of the most stylish of its type in the market. The 32 inch panel has a black shiny frame. The speakers are hidden on the back side of the panel which makes the panel extra thick. The depth of the panel is 3.7 inches and the width of the bezel is 2 inches. The panel stands low on a stand which is certainly not a swivel stand. The display screen is a matte one and the refresh rate is 60 Hz. This LCD is 1080p/24 compatible. The color quality is superb with uniform backlight support.

Remote control:

Sony Bravia KDL-32BX300 has a brilliant remote. It is very stylish as well as very handy and easy to use. This remote can operate other HDMI-CEC-compatible gears. The layout is excellent and makes the navigation very easy. The onscreen menu is also very impressive. The full screen menu gives you many features at a time and it has many shorcuts of various features. The graphics are also very cool.

This TV has a matte screen with a refresh rate of 60 Hz. It is a 1080p/24 compatible TV. Equipped with various picture modes, this TV has very good picture quality with colors and impressive black-level performance. This TV lacks internet connection.

Samsung LN32C350

This model being reviewed stands slightly taller on the stand. The edges are pretty rectangular and not curved. The frames on all four side of the panel is glossy black and the speakers on the bottom side of the LCD are separated from the frame by a thin engraved lip. This is one of the lightest in weight TV so far reviewed. The depth of the panel is 2.6 inches and the width of the bezel is 1.7 inches and the whole panel is standing on a stand which is not a swivel one.

Remote control:

The remote which comes with this model is a good one. You will find it very easy to navigate as the layout is very good and keys are easy to press. You cannot control any other device with HDMI-CEC or infrared in it. The graphics of the onscreen menu is very amazing and the transparent look seems to be very cool. You will see shortcuts for various features which will make the navigation very easy.

Features:

This model lacks in internet connection but yes it has got a USB port from which you can stream pictures and audio but the video playback option is included. The matte screen works best to enhance the picture quality even in bright light. It has got a refresh rate of 60 Hz and it is 1080p/24 compatible.
