Flippa:

When it comes to buying and selling websites, Flippa is the clear leader of the industry. Flippa is best for both buyers and sellers since it has developed a detailed and secure process. As a buyer, Flippa offers you the widest range of options with comprehensive set of information to help you make the best possible decision. On the other hand, if you are a website seller, you have a wide base of interested buyers, who are ready to pay your for the hardwork you have put into the site. From our own observation of the Flippa site, we have found out that certain big names of the industry prefer Flippa to buy and sell their websites. However, Flippa is not for free. It cost $19 for listing your website and there is a success fee of 5% on every successful transaction. The details of the pricing can be found on their website in the Pricing section.

Digital Point is an active forum for buying and selling websites. It is free and all you need to do is to register on its forum and fulfill the basic requirements for becoming a full member. Once you become a full member, you can buy or sell website on its active forum. However, unlike Flippa, Digital Point Forum has a lot of junk entries and you have to digg hard to find the goldmine. Moreover, Digital Point does not provide any support in the actual transaction.  They only provide the avenue to bring both buyers and sellers together.

I used WebsiteBroker to sell my website. I found it easy to use, inexpensive, and sold my site quickly. I have never used any of the others mentioned though.
