All the beta versions are only for developers and expires after a particular date. iOS 5 beta 7 will expire on October 20 but Sn0wbreeze 2.8.b7 will allow you to use it even after its expiry date because it included a wonderful feature of removing the UDID. In simple words, it will stop the timer inside the iOS 5 beta 7 and you will be able to use it as long as you want to.
This version of sn0wbreeze is exactly same like the previous one except its supports iOS 5 beta 7 and that supported iOS 5 beta 6. It seems that it is the last beta version because iOS 5 and iPhone 5 are expected to release in the last week of October.
