Stefan will not release the tools independently. It is possible that he will integrate it with redsn0w. We can’t make a guess for sn0wbreeze because he doesn’t like it at all.
The kernel based exploit which is used to untethered jailbreak iPod Touch 4G is also present in iPad 2 but untethered jailbreaking may not be available for iPad 2 at this time until some hacker found a new bootrom exploit in iPad 2 because the exploit like SHAtter and Limera1n have been patched in iPad2.
