The RTM bits of Windows 7 SP1 and Windows server 2008 R2 SP 1 have been leaked like the previous builds , 7601.16537, 7601.16543 and 7601.16562. The RTM of Windows 7 has a build number 7601.17514.win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850. If we decode this code then it reveals that it was compiled in 19 November of year 2010.
