Modern Warfare 3 would surely include a mission based on the recent Navy Seal Team 6 takedown of Osama Bin Laden in Pakistani city of Abbotabad. The mission is expected to be a quick takedown and getaway. Exaggerations would surely include Osama taking cover behind someone (his Wife ala Castro in Blackops)? and some other militants inside the compound. On the way back you would surely encounter Pakistani troops. There is also rumors that the mission could include air support in the mould of AC130. However nothing is sure for now.
