WordPress Multisite Plugin (Formerly WordPress MU)
Formerly WordPress MU, this ‘plugin’ that was once available as a separate version of wordpress, allows a person to create and manage multiple blogs – and with new plugins like the Domain Mapping plugin, it also allows a person to point different blogs to different domains – a feature that is highly useful in managing a network of blogs with separate domains for each blog. Furthermore, the Sitewide tags plugin allows a person to sort of ‘aggregate’ content and is currently under development in terms of adding thumbnails to it.
