Sony is considered the best when it comes to LCD tvs. Sony have now announced its new BRAVIA HDTVs, the ZX5 series, which comes with high-end features including a 240Hz “Flow Motion”, an integrated wireless streaming and an edge-mounted LED back lighting. Measuring at just 16.6mm (52-inch) or 15.8mm (46-inch) thick, the BRAVIA ZX5 also has four HDMI ports, a USB, both ethernet and a telephone port (for the integrated modem), an optical digital out, PC and S-Video, and two 10W speakers.
On the aesthetics front, the 46- and 52-inch ZX5 feature an ultra slim 15.8mm and 16.6mm bezel, respectively. These are way thinner than the 29.9mm Samsung and 29mm LG offerings, although you will have to deal with not one, but two boxes (display panel and wireless media receiver) for these Bravias
The Sony BRAVIA ZX5 will be released in Japan in November 2009 and the price range is not known as of date.
