Off late i was looking for a new graphics card, since my last one Geforce 8800Gtx busted by some power problem. I was annoyed to found no website which would give me comparison of different cards side by side or in a real time i suppose. All i could muster up was excel files and table based 3d cards info , which was totally rubbish, confusing and time consuming. So i kept on searching and searching till i got what i wanted , yeah compare 3d cards of all sorts side by side.
The website which provided this new ray of life to me is GPUReview.com
You can select any two graphics cards from the list of all the graphics cards that are present on this earth and view their stats and figures side by side to each other giving you a very thorough comparison , as oppose to Wiki or some other comparison which only gives linear info in a table format.
Here’s a screenshot of how the comparison looks:

Comparison Parameters:
The 3d cards are compared based on the following parameters:
-
Manufacturer
-
Series
-
GPU
-
Release Date
-

-

-

-

-

-

-

-

-

I think these are sufficient paramters to give you a good view on the comparison , and im sure you would have reached a conclusion.
Besides the website also provide , Reviews and Prices for the compared cards. So you can check the prices in retail store right there and if you want to read tech reviews you have the window there to get in to that. All in all i think the site provides the best possible comparison of Graphics cards and its must to check it out.
