Android powered phones have the ability to have custom kernels for them. Now we have just came across a smartass governor for HTC myTouch 4G dubbed Smartass CMkernel. It is worth adding here that the Smartass kernel was orignally developed for HTC Hero but now it has been customized for HTC myTouch 4G.  Smartass CMkernel has been based on the CyanogenMod 7 kernel and as its name clearly spells it, Smartass governor has been added to it.
