Antivirus software are programs installed on a computer (or through the cloud such as the Panda Cloud Antivirus) which are used to prevent, detect, and remove malware, adware, spyware as well as including computer viruses, worms, and trojan horses. Such antivirus software are usually bundled together with a Firewall and at times a Rootkit scanner.
