online games

I needed a break being tech ridden all the time so thought to check out some online quality games. Jibran, a die hard tennis fan and a very good friend, sent a very cool link to play tennis and that too online at official game site of French Open or Roland Garros as it is known popularly in French.

You have to sign up if you need to regularly play Tennis by French Open but you can always loose arms and do some practice by giving a shot with demo play without sign up. In demo mode you can do training in the nets or play a practice match with computer. If you sign up, you can always challenge your friends with multiplayer mode. Certainly there is also a solo match option. You can change your players in “changing Room” and you can change them as often as you like. Each player has the basic characteristics like power, accuracy and speed with automatic improvement bonuses and inclusion of special shots as you build your career with a continuous winning streak. Now here is something that is interesting:

Every day, Players can play as many matches as they want against other players connected in MULTIPLAYER mode. The winner is the first to have won 2 matches. Each match provides Players with a certain number of points, depending on their performance. Each Player’s best score is displayed (scores are not cumulated). There are 9 prizes to be won every day in a free draw for the top 500 players every day

Hey I am already there, anybody accepts my challenge? Now some screen shots from the site and the game play:

This (embedding games) may not be the strictest rule to increase traffic since you have lot many other things in your armory like SEO and all other viral stuff. But just to add fun element on your blog or site you can add games, and that really increases time spent on your site and once if you have a seriously interesting game people can bookmark you and pass on the link on IMs while sitting in office or college. Isn’t it interesting? So let’s see how we can do that.

Hey go to heyzap.com, that’s simple. Heyzap offers 12000+ games to choose from categories like Strategy, Puzzle, Action, Multiplayer, Adventure and more. You get the code for a widget that you can embed on your site. The widget itself can be customized in many ways like you can customize the size (sizes are predefined), choose to embed all games or select a set of games from category or channel. You can also search to embed any game that is there in heyzap db. Probably it could have been better if they also offer to customize the size by our own.

All in all it is good and they envision to become youtube for falsh gaming. This is what they say about themselves: Heyzap syndicates and distributes the best casual games on the internet, allowing publishers to increase traffic and user time on site. Heyzap is founded by Immad Akhund and Jude Gomila.
