Last when we wrote on downgrading from iOS 4 to OS 3.1.3, i felt the need to have a download list of firmwares. Obviously you can download it from Apple but then you need to find it out on their web. We have collected download URLs for every released firmware version and giving it here for download: (All of the download links below refer to Apple site)
Please note that if you’re using Safari you must disable the auto unzip feature. It may be easier to just use Firefox!

Are you still not ready to update to iPhone 4.0 but still want to have the look n feel of iPhone OS 4? iPhone OS 4 theme for Winterboard is the way to go for you. The theme has wallpapers for home screen and the lock screen, along with the new icon for Calculator app.
For installing this theme you should have your iPhone 3.x Jailbroken with Winterboard app installed from Cydia. Simply search for iPhone OS 4 for theme in Cydia (under www.ispaziorepository.com) and OS 4.0 Calculator Icon for the new icon and install them. You will also need to activate the said theme from Winterboard and you are good to go.
